Even if you think waiving a home inspection will increase your chances of securing the property, we always recommend that you get the home inspection to protect yourself and your investment.

2. How soon will I get the inspection report?

We understand you’re anxious to know what the inspector finds so you can start finalizing your real estate decisions. 3. What if the inspector misses something?

You breathe a sigh of relief when you get the inspection report back with no major concerns or repairs. However, in the back of your mind, you’re worried about whether the inspector missed something. During an inspection, we spend the most time making sure big problems (that could cost you big $$) don’t exist in the home.
