Mold Inspection

Upon an initial viewing, mold isn't easy to detect. Sometimes, it hides in areas of the home, and you don't realize it's there until you've already moved in. Mold can cause significant health issues and damage to your property. It's best to look for mold prior to moving in so you can either negotiate mold remediation with the seller or find another property. We recommend mold testing to homebuyers, especially if the property is in a flood zone or you suspect water damage.

Pool & Spa Inspection

We'd hate for you to move in, ready to enjoy your pool during the hot Virginia summer, only to discover its filter system is broken or other damages you weren't counting on. Radon Testing

A radon inspection isn't on many home buyers' radars, but it can be important for your health. Radon is a virtually undetectable gas that can leak into buildings through soil, rocks, or water around the home. This gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States, so it's important to know whether it's present in the home you're buying.
